Cold Air Intake

I was looking at the intake on my car, and noticed it was "piped" into the front bumper. I did some research and found that my car comes stock with a cold air intake (http://automobiles.honda.com/civic-si-coupe/features.aspx?feature=K20Z3). My question is, if I get an aftermarket cold air intake, wi...

Next Meeting

I would like to propose a meeting for April 12th (the Saturday before Points Event 2). We need to work out some of the areas of improvement from the last event, and make sure we stay on this track of "more runs, more runs!". Plus it would be sweet to assign jobs to people, setup times, trophies, and...

Actually the 2nd purpose of the software download was to test performance and compatibility of our work issued notebook computers. What if I find out it doesn't run properly? I'll have to ask them for a more powerful, up-to-date notebook! I'm always thinking of the company first...you know me!

I had to wear that helmet before too! It fits just as good as the one I own now fits. My head is freggin' huge and the gold and red ones about ripped my ears off. My helmet size is on my Bell is "SZ 197139" or at least that is what is printed on the little shiny red tag. Other than that, there is ju...

I'm going to download the software tomorrow and play around with the interface. I'm pretty good with software, I have three computers; 2 notebook PC's running XP, and linux distro (ubuntu) I use in a mid-tower I built as my webhosting server for my buddy's hot tub company in texas. It would be helpf...

Great deal on magnetic class/number

I was searching for a good deal on magnetic customized decals online this evening. The best I could find was around the ~$45.00 range plus shipping, of which I know the margins are high (it's just a freakin' large refrigerator magnet!). So, it took me a while but I found a great deal. I'm ordering t...

I found this review on Discounttire.com regarding the Nitto's you mentioned: OK, I don't have an E36 BMW M3 but an E30 M3 instead. I had to post under E36 M3 because there is no "real" application for my car. But, I use the 235/40/17 size NT-01. I am comparing this tires to the RA-1's and V700 Victo...

Autox Practice

I was curious if OMR every hosted a members-only practice course? How does one normally get more seat-time?

I thought about just driving crazy in the parking lot, the for some reason I think local law enforcement would frown upon that

I know what you mean, today I passed two semi-trucks at the same time on Hwy 60 between Republic and Billings.

Normally, I'd feel the rush of brutal acceleration followed by adrenaline from staring oncoming traffic right in the headlights....but....I felt nothing!

I'd be interested in a Rally!

Youtube of GS 225 (red Civic Si)

Here is a Youtube of my run of 32.026 from March 9th. Sorry for the poor quality, my wife shot the footage with our digital camera. We have a Cannon HDD HD-Video camera we will use next time. If anyone wants us to capture their runs with it, let me know, and I'll tell my wife which car/number you ar...

OMR all the way; I'll be there.

Also, I'm making mental note of the 7 runs statement!

I have a good feeling that the next event will be even better than the 1st.
