Reliable Imports Great Service!

Post by markyf » Tue Jun 22, 2010 9:12 pm

If you guys don't know Robert Beverly from Reliable Imports, you're missing out. He's an avid autocrosser and has turned Reliable Imports into not only a great supporter of OMR, but also the Go-To place for parts and service. He's the Service Manager and he'll definitely make sure you're taken care of. I don't think I've ever had better service at an auto shop.
I normally do most of the work on my cars, but I decided to have my cooling system flushed by a professional. I had noticed several weeks ago that Robert had some special deals for SCCA members but at the time I was out of town. All I had to do was mention it to Robert and he honored that special. Not only did they quickly and inexpensively do the work, they flushed it twice to really get it clean. They also gave me the remaining extra 1/2 gallon jug of coolant. I'm not used to smiling when I leave the dealer!
Today, I brought my daughter's Mazda 3 over there because it had some noise that I thought was a cracked exhaust manifold. I had told Dani not to worry, it just sounds more like a race car. After putting up with it for a while, I still couldn't figure out what was actually wrong. In about 30 seconds, Robert's technician looked it over and showed me the broken motor mount that was transmitting noise to the cockpit. Then Robert gave me a super deal on a new motor mount that they had in stock and didn't even charge me for the analysis. Try that at another dealer!
I highly recommend you talk to Robert.
