Glad to hear that quite a bit of money was raised.
I had a great time racing. Running in the wet was a new experience.

Since Jim thanked everyone else I would like to take the chance to thank him. He was our course designer/builder so Jim was there first thing this morning throwing cones around so we could have a fun safe course to run on. He also lent this poor soul his ride this afternoon since my car has engine parts still at the machine shop. I would also like to thank everyone else that offered their rides to me, I didn't think that I even wanted to run but eventually came around.
I also would like to thank the timing/scoring crew and say great job. They were all either very new to this or have been out of these roles for several years and they did a terrific job in the trailer.
Lastly, I would like to thank Bud Weeks for being the SCCA contact with Downstream, Mark Rountree, and in general the 4 States Vettes club. Like Jim already mentioned these guys are the reason that we even had a lot to run on this weekend. You simply cannot get permission to use a new site in a week, like we just did, without having someone already introduce the site owners/management to our sport and the 4 States Vettes really helped us out of a jam. So if you enjoyed the grippy surface and want to give it another shot, check out the 4 States Vettes schedule for future events.
Speaking of lots we should be back at the Crowder Campus for the Jul 10th event, on a brand new freshly paved lot, so be sure to come check it out. Registration should be open soon.
