Registration closes at 11:59 PM Friday. SCCA members, make sure to pre-register so that you can get that $5 discount and pay $25 instead of $30.

If you can be there early to help with gate, tech, or trailer, I can definitely use that help.

Unless I get confirmation otherwise, please be prepared to pack a lunch.

Gonna be HOT!

Bring plenty of Water, and your own Shade if you want any! I'll be bringing both popups to provide a bit of relief.

Also - don't forget Sunscreen, and Cutter/Off! tick-repellent! We'll be marching along in grass; I hear Deer-ticks think we're Delicious......

WOOOOOT!

HELLS YEAH but that was a Good F-bomb'n Time!

A Brazillion Thanks to Jim for making this happen, to Matt Peck for being part of the Impetus that kept it going, and to all our Friends at Smokin' Mo-Kan Dragway not only for providing us the place to play, but practically bending-over-backward to accomodate us, and playing-along too!

Another huge "THANK YOU" to Midwest Divisional Rally and Safety Steward Jerry Doctor - without his participation, this wouldn't have happened AT ALL - and with his input he helped us to "fine tune" the event which he pronounced a "Great Start" for our Rally program.

Finally, I want to thank all of you that came out to participate and help to make this possible; without YOUR interest and YOUR participation, all the effort in the World would have been for nothing. OMRSCCA is YOU - and the Club lives and dies by its Membership.

Okay, Who wants to Do It Again?

Thanks to everyone who decided to check out our first RallyCross in many years, and an even bigger thanks to those who helped in any capacity.

Everything - hosts, turnout, course, surface, weather - went great. Above and beyond my expectations.

If you decided to sit this one out, don't make the same mistake twice. Everyone had a blast. We're going to work hard to bring you more RallyCross in the future.

Matt will help with the results posting, and I know video and pictures are out there awaiting posting. Stay tuned.

To Jim and those who worked so hard to assist him with the RallyCross. Great Job and I am sorry I could not be there.

Those of you who attended may not realize how much work went into making this happen. Jim took this thing from idea to implementation in only 2 or so months. From finding and negotiating for use of the site, to learning the rules and studying other Region's programs, presenting a budget to the board, soliciting much needed help from Safety Stewards outside our Region, to promoting and course layout, and on, and on, on. Luckily finding hard working volunteer help is easy in OMR region and thanks to everyone (and there are a bunch of em) who helped make it happen.

In addition to all our hard working volunteer members there always has to be someone who choses to lead, and just make it happen. All of our "first time" activities require somebody like this. Stan Bell made EVO happen for us earlier this year, now Jim has brought us our first RallyCross.

Thanks to Jim and everyone who made the OMR RallyCross a success.

WOW! That was a blast! Thank you to everyone who put this thing on! I was the guy in the Dakota. I thought I did pretty good for my first time going anywhere but straight and doing it all on baldish tires. I will be back with better tires. I am hoping to see everyone at the race in Neosho next weekend.
