Just curious, how big are your turnouts normally?
Miatas. Lots of them. Nearly every flavor. Lots of mods to some. Not much to others.

Hey Frank, good to see some Arkansas people up.

Barring extremes of weather, we'll often pull about 60-something entrants.

We're at 50 pre-registered as I type this. Add the people who don't sign up until the last minute and the walk-ups, and that tells me we'll be 60-something on Sunday.

If we have about that many people, we will have our usual six runs and get done by mid-afternoon.

I may have peeked at the course (I know the course designer), and I'll say this: if you're not going, it sucks to be you. This one is set up to be fast, fun, and keep the event moving quickly.

I did this one. Hopefully everyone will enjoy it.

More importantly, hopefully we'll have some walk-ups tomorrow. It would be great to have another turnout well into the 60s.

Hopefully the latter.

Good car count and we start late in the summer. We should be done about 1 am...

Edit: Spoke too soon. Right at midnight had one pop an engine at the 1/8th mile and string oil to the 2nd turnoff. Took an hour to clean up. Now looking more like 2 am...

Teh Internetz went down last nite, so I couldn't see and reply - but if it makes you feel any better - that was about the time we got to bed.

Awesome day, eh?

A weekend spent Racing, even as tiring as it is, is better than spending it At Work any-old time......

Everyone; a Brazillion Thanks for all of those that help "Run The Show" and make these happen - The Longpines, The Huffmans, Matt Peck, Korry Berger, Jason Mulky, probably a half-dozen others I can't recall right now....

Jim Rowland designed one heluva course, and then spent Saturday assembling it (and doin' it all by his lonesome, or so I heard!). If anyone Today had a Good Time: Thank JIM!

(BTW - THANKS, Jim!)
