Ozark Mountain Region SCCA

I would like to propose a meeting for April 12th (the Saturday before Points Event 2).

We need to work out some of the areas of improvement from the last event, and make sure we stay on this track of "more runs, more runs!". Plus it would be sweet to assign jobs to people, setup times, trophies, and make sure we have at least a dozen rolls of blue tape for ScoTT's massive FSP187 customized logo

So, If you would like to contribute to more runs, are free on April 12th, and don't mind attending the meeting; post below so we can get an idea of support. Both weekend members and SCCA members would be fine - more the better.

I think we need to meet sooner than that. Getting trophies and other stuff will take much more than one week!

If we met sooner than that we could present some requests and ideas to the board (which will meet April 2nd). If we met after we should develop a list previous to the board meeting that those of us who attend can discuss with them and then the autocross committee can discuss afterward...

12th wont work for me due to the fact I will be getting ready for the STLsolo even in St. Louis on the 13th


but yes a sooner meeting would be a good idea...

I have to work on the weekend of the 5th (12 hours a day) but would be able to make it on the 12th. If it were an afternoon meeting on the 29th I could probably make it, I have plans that evening.

I say we go one better and plot out one letter per ANSI E size sheet on the plotter We can print the numbers on Letter just to be reasonable...

I cant make it on the 20th.... My sisters little girl is turning 1 year old.... so Ill be in STL that weekend as well...

so two people have proposed the 29th (Myself and Chuck). Everyone else is scattered...

The 29th then? Anyone have any other opinion! I honestly believe there is MORE to do this time than last!

I'll be at Quoba on Saturday. I'll drag along CivicSiGuy (Don). That's 3 people. Surely a few others can show up too!
