Solo Safety Steward School this Saturday (SSS... S... S....)

Post by Bullitt2954 » Tue Jun 16, 2009 10:06 pm

I don't know all the details on it yet, but the Salina Region SCCA is hosting a Solo Safety Steward School (boy is THAT ever a mouthful) this June 20th, in Wichita, KS.

The Wife and I are planning on attending.

IF you're interested, you should contact Barry Stockinger ASAP As Soon As Possible at: techpriest@mac.com

Dave Geis will be the Instructor, and proposed time will be 2-3 hrs. They are taking head-count at this very moment.

And YES, we're gonna make Event #3, er..... 4....... whatever....

See you Sunday.

(sheesh! sorta silly how many "s's" this stuff seems to show........)

School completed - Jeanie and I are Officially available for Apprentice SSS's..............

Oh - and Dave trained us for Tech as well.

Any way to get our first Apprentice Session "out of the way" on Sunday? Dave told me that whomever our mentor SSS is should be the same person for both of our required trainee events (for each one of us), as he'll have to be in contact with that person(s) and he has to ultimately be the one to sign-off and approve us as SSS's.

No problem if not; we're gonna do our best to be there as early as possible.

If you don't understand all that - don't worry, I'm not 100% sure I do either.

Many Thanks to Bud Weeks for "leading me by the hand" in my #1 Apprentice SSS session. It was definitely eventful and interesting...... (like the baseball players that somehow got past everyone and cause a big "WTF?").

Or when the wheels come off...........
