So I bought a 1966 Dodge Monaco, with the 383 and 4 barrel. No performance bits on this tank at all.

Where would that put me? Other than the "Isn't that car too heavy to take a corner?" class.

I might try to bring it out for at least 1 session sometime this year.

Domestic V8-RWD NOC (Not Otherwise Classified) = F-Stock.

I would absolutely LOVE to see that tank on the course!
