WTB Winter Beater/Rally toy

Hey All!
I'm on the hunt for running/driving ride for the winter and preferably something to rally next season. Interior and exterior condition doesn't bother me, just something that will hold up to the cold and abuse of driving to and from the rally course. Preferably FWD but would be open to anything. A manual would be preferable. 3,000 is my max budget but obviously cheaper would be preferred.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
