FS: 98 Toyota 4runner 5 speed 4x4 LOWERED PRICE

Post by pkt1213 » Wed Oct 10, 2007 10:26 pm

I'm selling my 98 SR5. I'll try to list the details as well as I can and I'll probably update as I miss stuff. Seems to have all options but leather, auto, and e-locker.

Silver, 153k miles. I have owned since 110k.
-3.4L V6 w/ new water pump(duralast), timing belt
(goodyear), tensioner(toyota), accessory belts(duralast). I also cleaned
a lot of the underside while I was waiting for toyota to get the tensioner
in. About 10 lbs at least off the skid plates. At 139k.
-5 speed. Changed all the diff and tranny fluids just after the belts before
going to Colorado.
-4x4
-Tan cloth interior
-Sunroof
-Roof rack
-Factory 6 speaker sound with tape and CD. I added a Sony amp and
Rockford 10" P1.
-TRD air filter.
-Vent visors
-Toyota brush guard
-Towing package
-Also has the cargo area cover, I don't know if that came standard or not.
-Has foglight switch and wiring but no lights. It looks like they were mounted on the brush guard before.
-Front windows tinted.
-Bosch Icon wiper blades. They're awesome and about $60 for a set.
-Brand new tires. 10/12/07 + 2 of the old tires that are ok. 148k

The bad:
-There is a small dent in the rear bumper. I'll get a pic of that tomorrow.
-The windshield has a crack along the bottom. It doesn't interfer with driving
and has passed inspection.
-Hole in floor mat where drivers heal is.

I'm going to throw in the Hayes manual, the hitch, extra hatch shocks, and my big ice scraper.

I'm asking $7,000obo. I would also be will to consider a partial trade of up to $3000 on a small 4x4 SUV. I am doing a bunch of remodeling before I leave for Iraq but would like to leave the wife a 4x4 for the winter time and an SUV because we have 2 good size dogs.

I got it detailed and it looks awesome. I don't have any pics of it after but it looks great.

Damages:
The dent in bumper and I didn't notice but the hitch as well. It's been there since the 3rd day we had it and my ex wife backed it into a tree.

Crack in windshield. At 6'1" there is just a little that sticks up past the edge of the hood.

I could knock off another 150 if you didn't want the brush guard. There's someone that called me the other day interested in it by it's self.

Price lowered again. I'd like to get rid of it before the end of the year.

I'm probably going to regret selling it cause we'll probably wind up having another ice storm like last year. It also came in handy in Colorado when we got like 4 or 5 feet of snow in 24 hours. But, I bought it for the ex wife and now I gotta sell it to pay off credit cards she ran up.

Someone make me a reasonable offer.

Bump.

Decided to lower the asking price. I would like to sell before leaving for Iraq but it's not completely nessicary. Would also consider a trade on an 4x4 SUV of up to $3,000. Something that I wouldn't feel bad parking outside and paying liablitly only on.
