Perfect way to get into road racing and not have to worry about the car!
For Sale: Yellow #37 Springfield Dyno 1996 Spec Miata.
• This is my personal race car for sale just as it came off the track at Topeka. The car is incredibly fast. Pictures: www.springfielddyno.com. With a driver, this car could have won Topeka or could win at Road America.
• This car WILL be a rocket at Road America.
• National and Regional wins.
• 2008 Track Record at MAM by approximately 0.75 seconds.
• 2008 Midiv National 2nd place for season championship (3rd in 2007).
• Big Engine means this car races very well in traffic and draft.
• Moved up 10 positions during ’08 runoffs to finish 12th.
• Moved up nearly 10 positions in ’07 to finish 11th.
• Driver needs to learn how to drive and/or qualify.
• Dyno numbers are big. Well over 120, last tested right before Topeka on POG.
• Ask Drago, Foss, Clements James, Asselta or Sandlin about the power of this car.
• Light car, a 280 lb driver could make weight.
• Plenty of alignment and camber possible.
• Current set-up is the Foss Topeka.
• Springfield Dyno Radiator
• Springfield Dyno Exhaust
• Springfield Dyno Custom Cage including foot bars, door bars, mid roof bar.
• Springfield Dyno Transmission
• Sunbelt engine
• MC end links, fuel test port.
• Stainless brake lines.
• Two sets of Iron Canyon wheels. More available.
• Racetech Head Restraint Seat for (guess: 180-240 lb) drivers.
• 2 nozzle fire system.
• 2 Vent windows.
• Gages including Wide band commander O2, water, fuel pressure, vacuum.
• Disconnect steering.
• Choice of Manual or Power steering rack.
• Wide angle rear view mirror.
• Torsen, SM kit, 99 hats, and other expected items, but ask if you’re not sure.
• Minor scuffs only from Runoffs, but ready to race now. 8/10 on cosmetics.
• I will buy back seat, steering wheel, O2 gage, if buyer wishes.
• Some spares included. Other spares available.
• Transponder will not be sold with car, but I will install yours.
• We will set up the car for new driver including corner weights and alignment.
