Helmet Size?

Post by Red Lion » Mon Mar 17, 2008 3:40 pm

Hey guys, I wore a pea (puke lol) green open-face helmet at this last event, anyone know what size this helmet was? It fit my fat had pretty good, better than the red and gold ones, anyone have a clue what size it was so I'll know what size to order?

I had to wear that helmet before too! It fits just as good as the one I own now fits. My head is freggin' huge and the gold and red ones about ripped my ears off.

My helmet size is on my Bell is "SZ 197139" or at least that is what is printed on the little shiny red tag. Other than that, there is just an "inspected and built" info tag.

This helmet fits me just as well as the green one did.

I hope that helps, but at least I know I'm not the only charlie-brown looking guy on the track

Go here for directions! I went there for my helmet as well. He's got all the sizes so you can try them on to be sure it'll fit and his prices are great!

LOL so I went to the Harley Shop today and tried on their full face helmets, and the XL was too small for me! My ears felt like they were going to tear off lol. The open-face XXL fit nicely, I hate to say. Looks like my fat head is going to need an XXL for a full-face helmet I guess...

That's what I needed to get over all my hair so no worries! P.S. an XXL open face looks many times goofier than a full face.
