A good man told me I didn't have to purchace the SCCA rulebook every year anymore. What is the link? I want car build rules only. Thanks.

Go to www.scca.com ....then click on the Solo tab towards the top of the page...and when the Solo page comes up click on Cars and/or Rules on the left hand side of the page.
