Ozark Mountain Region SCCA

I'm experiencing troubles sending pm's, and a friend of mine that just registered (The_EE) hasn't gotten an email to activate his account or anything.

Can someone help The_EE with this problem? I tried sending a PM to CrazyDog but it wouldn't let me.
