The OMR SCCA newest member has arrived and since we are all kind of gearheads, here are the specs:
  • Born 5-9-2012 @ 4:52 pm
  • 8lbs 11ozs
  • 21.5" long
  • 10 fingers
  • 10 toes
  • Head covered in dark hair
We don't have a horsepower rating yet, but trust me she is a strong one. Adelaide has been lifting her head since day one and was doing "push-ups" at the doctors office yesterday when she was put on her belly. The doctor informed her that there was no reason to show off since there were no other babies around to see :)

This was taken in the operating room while Natasha was being sewn up from the c-section.

Congratulations Matt and Natasha!

Adelaide Victoria looks like Natasha, but the dog has a uncanny resemblance to Matt. Go figure.

Hope all of you are doing well.

Congratulations on the birth of your daughter. Hopefully Adelaide won't come home from 3 year preschool and tell you one of her boys wasn't in school that day. Scary thing for a dad to hear, trust me.

How time flies, it has been over a year now and I thought I would post up some new pictures for those that haven't seen her in a while. These are from her first birthday.

She is standing and walking by herself quite well now, and has been doing good with sign language (several simple signs, not the whole alphabet). She knows several words and I am proud to say "car" is one of them, though it sounds more like "kaa".

Those are great pictures of a pretty girl.

Baby pictures have come a long way from the ole Sears faux-wood-paneling-n-shag-carpet portraits.
