6. Late entries may be accepted by the event organizer; however, no make up runs are allowed.
No late entry's is the new supps. instead of MAY its no.
spec miatas are DSP by scca rules now.
the rule
· Drivers must be an OMR SCCA member or join by the start of the 4th Solo II event to receive points.
should stay, per board discussion last Tuesday.
other than that, lets throw out ideas!
I think this is something important enough that we should have the ideas throw out here, then have a open discussion at a face to face meeting to come up with a final draft.

if someone reading this has important input please feel free to PM me.
but I'd like to keep the discussion to the committee. not to be offensive. but to many cooks spoil the broth.
I just have a expectation that there is allot of input to be had, and from my experience with things like this. a flood of input can be counter productive, and it would end up with a supp thats so bloated that it gets tossed to the side and ignored.
I get this opinion from working in politics lol
nothing worse than a overstuffed bill.....

Here are some things not listed that might be good to discuss and formalize:
- Fun runs: if time allows, only paid entrants may drive, car must have been tech inspected, $1 per run.
- Passenger requirements: one person 12 or older may ride; those under 18 must have a minor wavier, belts and approved helmet in place, arms/hands inside car.
- Camera & video equipment must be safely secured. No hand held equipment.
- Car numbers 8" high, class letters 4" high - must be visible on side of car per SCCA rulebook. Two-driver cars may be subject to forfeiting their time on a run if improperly marked.
- Exceeding a reduced/walking pace outside the course may result in a DNF run or event DSQ. No speeding beyond the finish.
- Burnouts, donuts, or reckless driving within the site or vicinity of the site may get you banned from future events.
- Penalty for not showing up for work assignment?
- Who handles protests?
- Measuring/penalty for exceeding sound restrictions?
- Perhaps a 20-minute late entry window with a $10 late fee?
