Present: Curtis Wood, Jeff Moore, Sarah Huffman, Matt Longpine, and Sam Henry
Absent (due to winter weather) Jim Rowland and bud Weeks

Prior Minutes submitted and approved – Unamimous

Treasurer Report submitted and approved – Unamimous

Voted and confirmed longstanding policy of not loaning equipment and supplies – Confirmed

Discussed possible dates for Spring Social/Drive (similar to Tombstone)

Discussed low early enrollment in upcoming EVO school

Other varied and general club discussion including some not formally voted on in hopes that Jim and
Bud could provide their input in person at a later date.
