7:09 Curtis calls meeting to order.

Motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes by Justin, second by Matt.

 

Matt has been in contact with the Elks Lodge and they have offered us the date of 1/19/12 (Sat)

Curtis motions to accept the date, second by Justin, Tim

Solo-

-Course design on 10/14 will be completed the morning of by Justin, Stan, Bud, and whomever else would like to participate.

-Springfield Select will be the guest car club for this event, entry offered at the normal $20 fee, weekend membership fee will be waived by the club.

-Matt motions for Novembers  guest club to be GOBMC, second by Justin. Same terms as above apply.

 

RallyX-

-Event scheduled for 10/21

-Matt will look at the air sensor for timing equipment to check functionality; make appropriate repairs.

-Trailer transportation to be determined  by date of event.

 

Winter maintenance projects-

-Trailer jacks to be replaced

-Trailer tires inspected

-Inventory of all forms/supplies in preparation of next season.
