One discrepancy I noticed is Stan Bell.
The computer listed him in HS - he is SM.

I just checked the classifications. Unless it's an I4, I6 or a Mustang II it is not in HS. Did I miss something?

Calm down everyone. It's not the only error in the results, but the times are accurate. I got the results up so I wouldn't have to deal with a dozen PM's asking when I was going to put them up. I'll get the laptop out in the next few days and correct it when I can spend some time on more important things.

And yes, you did miss something. A few posts up Ed pointed out the classification error...

What happens is that trying to register someone in the timing software with a certain number will pull up a previous entry in the database, along with fields such as name, class, car, etc. That, or it's a clean-slate entry from someone new, and something may get overlooked. Pre-registration helps this situation a lot.

Registration is such a challenge to keep running smoothly that I tend to hide out on the course all morning. No one can see you from the trailer if you're pushing cones around in the back part of the Ducks lot.

Another challenging course by Jim. Also frustrating, exhilarating, and head-scratching. In hindsight, I found it to be surprisingly technical, although if you had asked me to describe it yesterday after the event I would have just been muddled. Perhaps the heat had drained all the neurotransmitters out of my brain. Perhaps I couldn't see the course well because of all the heat waves. Maybe there were sunspots.

I don't think I ever did the first right hander correctly--I was always too wide on the exit--although there may not have been a way to do it that felt right. The stretch after the first turn was the most fun because you could do it so fast even though it was hard to see ahead. The finish also never felt as fast as I thought, as well as those two places on the backstretch where I always thought I should be able to go faster than I did. I guess you just had to slow down more than I did. I always felt behind, never in front. Maybe that's just me. It was busy!

Overall it was a good course and I heard positive comments. Thank you Jim for doing the set-up.

I'd like to hear of anyone else's experience driving this course.

Course was nice and gave a good deal of challenge to even the seasoned drivers. The jump/bounce thru the drainage ditch on the back side was especially fun in a car with 400# springs and crappy OEM struts. LOL.

Matt, I knew when I was hanging around the trailer that some errors came up so I fiured it might have slipped thru. Only reason I even noticed it was I wanted to see where I would have placed if I ran SM like I considered doing.

Good job all.

Only suggestion is more water next time.

Yeah I know I gripe about all the rain (aka water) then I gripe when I don't have it. LMAO
